UD-3900 Not recognizing monitors

My docking station has stopped recognizing my 2 monitors. The usb ports are still recognized but monitors and audio output are not. I have tried the troubleshoot posted on 5/21: [https://support.plugable.com/t/windows-update-may-2021-problem/20591/2
and it did not work. Please assist.

Thank you as well for the troubleshooting that you have already performed that is much appreciated.

Based on your description of the behavior, our next step is to get some additional information.

Can you please send an email to support@plugable.com with ‘For ticket #- 360973’ in the subject line with the following information?

  1. The Amazon Order ID number for your UD-3900 purchase (required in order to confirm warranty status)

  2. While the dock is connected to your PC and the monitors are connected to the dock (even if not working as expected) the output of our diagnostic utility PlugDebug → https://plugable.com/pages/plugdebug This will allow us to examine some log files from your system.

That information combined will allow us to match things up, as well as help us to determine the next steps.
