UD-3900 Not Recognized

I have a UD3900 which I use daily with my Dell work laptop. I have also used it with my Lenovo Yoga home laptop but now the UD3900 doesn’t seem to be recognized when I plug it into my USB on my Lenovo. The mouse, keyboard and monitor no longer work. I have uninstalled and re-installed the drive but nothing works. Very disappointed.

Based on your description of the behavior, our first step is to get some additional information from your system.

If you would, please keep the dock connected and both monitors attached (even though they are not working) and attach the output of our diagnostic utility PlugDebug ( http://plugable.com/support/plugdebug ) to a new email to “support@plugable.com” with the subject line “Ticket #237142 - Attention Pat” as this will allow us to examine some log files from your system to help determine the next steps.

I went to run the debug last night and things were magically working again. I will keep the link to the debugger and run it if/when the issue happens again. Thank you for you help.
