UD-3900 not recognized (but somehow USB ports are?)

My UD-3900 docking station is not recognized in the device list (after months of working fine). The USB ports are working fine, but not the display. I tried reinstalling drivers, unplugging and replugging, and restarting-- nothing working so far.

I’m having the same problem (ocurred after I updated to the most recent display link update).

Thanks for getting in contact with us. I’d be more than happy to help you with your Plugable UD-3900. In order to better assist you, I’ll need a bit of additional information.

Could you please provide the logs produced by our tool Plugdebug, you can find it here and then send them to me at support@plugable.com.

Once we have those logs, we’ll start trying to figure out what exactly is going on with each setup.
