My UD-3900 docking station is not recognized in the device list (after months of working fine). The USB ports are working fine, but not the display. I tried reinstalling drivers, unplugging and replugging, and restarting-- nothing working so far.
I’m having the same problem (ocurred after I updated to the most recent display link update).

Could you please provide the logs produced by our tool Plugdebug, you can find it here and then send them to me at email@example.com.
Once we have those logs, we’ll start trying to figure out what exactly is going on with each setup.
