UD-3900 Monitors not working after laptop sleeps

Hi there. Same problem as before. https://support.plugable.com/t/3900-not-recognized-after-waking-up-from-sleep/11989

But, I’m particularly annoyed right now. It seems to be related to removing the dock, sleeping the computer, waking the computer, reconnecting.

I find it fails, then i switch USB ports and it works. Then next time it fails, I need to reboot the PC.

Been rebooting a couple times a day.

Based on your description of the behavior, our first step is to get some additional information from your system.

If you would, next time the displays fail to detect, please keep the dock connected and both monitors attached (even though they are not working) and attach the output of our diagnostic utility PlugDebug ( http://plugable.com/support/plugdebug ) to an email to “support@plugable.com” with the subject line “Ticket #262636 - Attention Pat”, this will allow us to examine some log files from your system to help determine the next steps.
