I bought ud-3900 and thought it will work for my old laptop with USB 2.0 only. It doesn’t seem like it is working or I am missing something. I want to confirm it before I return it.

The dock is USB 2.0 backwards compatible. Have you already installed the drivers for the dock from our website? Also, if you can tell us what laptop you have that would be quite helpful!
