ud-3900 does not recognize the network, what can I do. is there a way to test the connection.

Thank you for the description of what you are seeing. Just to clarify, can you let me know the status of the LED lights on the Ethernet port of the dock when the cable is connected? Typically you should see a solid green light and a flashing amber light.

If possible, does connecting the Ethernet cable to a Ethernet port on your computer work? Understood if your system does not have a built-in Ethernet port.

Please let us know this additional information whenever you have a moment and we will go from there.
