UD-3900 does not detect second external monitor

I just purchased a UD-3900 for my Lenovo Flex 5 laptop. I have two external ViewSonic monitors model VS 15562. I’ve installed the DisplayLink driver and it says latest version detected. I can only see one of the external monitors in the display settings.I see the laptop screen and one of the ViewSonics. I’ve tried detecting additional monitors but it does not work.

Can you please send an email to our direct support email address → support@plugable.com with ‘For ticket #- 510338’ in the subject line that contains the following information?:

1. The Amazon Order ID number for your UD-3900 purchase

2. While the UD-3900 is connected to your Lenovo laptop and both ViewSonic monitors (even if not working as expected) are connected to the UD-3900, the output of our diagnostic utility PlugDebug → https://plugable.com/pages/plugdebug

That information will help us to determine the next steps.

I did some more troubleshooting and was able to resolve the issue. It is working now.
