UD 3000 only works with USB 2.0 port

Works great with USB 2.0 port. Will not work with USB 3.0 port. Only thing that works with 3 port is the usb hub - no graphics or ethernet. Dell Inspiron N4110.

Could you connect the Plugable UD-3000 to the system, run the DisplayLink Support tool (instructions here: http://plugable.com/support/displayli… ) and email the resulting .zip to support@plugable.com as an attachment along with your Amazon Order ID and a link to this thread?

This would give us a better insight as to what is going on. Once we analyze the .zip, we can figure out the quickest steps to resolve the issue.
