Windows 7 64 bit running on Clevo W150ERQ laptop.
-
Cannot boot with UD-3000 plugged in. I recognize that this may be a laptop firmware issue, although I am running the latest provided by the manufacturer.
-
See the attached image Device Manager image. The UD-3000 is not recognized as a USB 3.0 device. I get the Widows warning : “This device can perform faster if connected to USB 3.0 port” when I plug it in.
I have a USB 3.0 external drive, which is recognized as USB 3.0 when I plug it into the same USB port as the UD-3000. Also, when I plug this drive into one of the USB 3.0 ports on the UD-3000, it is not recognized at all.
- Mouse plugged into UD-3000 USB 2.0 port occasionally “hangs” for 1/2 second or so.
