Thank’s in advance

Hello Yann,

Thank you for your post.

The adapter works without special configuration for most devices on Ubuntu 18.04.3

The first thing you should do is remove the pairing by selecting the LE-Bose QC35 II option shown in your screenshot.

After that, make sure that all your packages on Ubuntu are up-to-date. This can be done by using the following commands

sudo apt update
sudo apt upgrade

After completing sudo apt upgrade you’ll need to restart your PC. Then try pairing your headphones again.

If there are still problems after trying that process, please try the steps at https://plugable.com/2017/02/07/bluetooth-audio-problems-cant-get-your-bose-quietcomfort-35-connected-check-here-first/

On that page, click the button that reads ‘Click to Show Linux Information’, then follow the instructions there.

After trying those steps, if you’re still encountering problems, please contact us at support@plugable.com and include your Amazon Order ID and reference case number 287410.

I hope this helps.
