i bought Harddrive Cradle (U3) from amazon 3/17/2012. It has not worked well and is not working at all now. I am stumped and I don’t know what to do or where to turn to, I get a blinking green light when I turn it on but the hard drive does not wind up.

First, what Operating System and version are you running? What is the make and model of computer you are connecting the Hard Drive Dock to?
To troubleshoot, connect with the USB 2.0 cable to a USB 2.0 port. Does the dock work on USB 2.0?
Also, can you give me some more information about the disk in the dock? Is it new, if used, what state was it in the last time it was used?
