We bought four brand new Dell Latitude 5420 laptop last month and then purchased four(4) of these Plugable UD-6950Z, we also purchased brand new 24" LCD monitors, these monitors are connected via HDMI cables to the docking stations. The Plugable docking stations are connected to the Dell Latitiude 5420 laptops using the USB-C connector included in the box. Screen flickering happens on all Dell laptops. Is this is compatibility issue with Dell Latitude 5420? Could you please recommend a docking station that will work with our Dell laptops?

The behavior you describe is not expected, and based on your description of the behavior our next step is to get some additional information.
Can you please send an email to our direct support email address → support@plugable.com with ‘For ticket #- 371824’ in the subject line that contains the following information?:
- The Amazon Order ID number for any one of your UD-6950Z purchases
- While one of the UD-6950Z’s is connected to one of your Dell Latitude 5420 laptops (even if not working as expected), the output of our diagnostic utility PlugDebug → https://plugable.com/pages/plugdebug
That information will help us to determine the next steps.
