Triple Display USB-C not working with DELL Precision 7510

I just received my USB-C Triple Display Docking Station.
I’ve followed all directions, but get no connectivity at all.
DELL Precision 7510
Win 10 pro
Dual Xeon E3-1505M 2.8Ghz
64 GB RAM
64-bit OS x64 based processor

HELP!
