In September of 2011 I bought a few Plugable UGA-2K-A USB 2.0 to VGA/DVI/HDMI Adapters (5 total). All but one work great as the “one” seems to be intermittent and a challenge to get working after a reboot. Here is the problem, when I reboot, all the screens come back on, but the one. To resolve this I have to unplug the USB a few times to get it to sync back up. Once it starts working I run into another problem. It seems everything I use on that one screen freezes and is very choppy. To rule out all other possible hardware issues I tried it on other screen, USB cable and computer with the same results. Is this a common issue? Is there a quick fix I can apply? Is there a way I could just exchange this Plugable for one that works?
