Just got Thunderbolt 3 Docking station and the USB ports, and wired network cable don’t work The instruction just said to plug no indication of drivers or anything like that. THe DP does work

Looks like this was resolved via email support by registering the Thunderbolt 3 docking station with the system:

When you connect the docking station a notification should pop up in the lower right corner of the screen asking if you would like to authenticate the Thunderbolt 3 device.
Please follow the instructions on the support page for authenticating the device.
