This device cannot start (Code 10) in Brand New Computer (with Diagnostic file)

I recently bought a beefy, awesome computer. Fresh windows install and for some reason I’m getting this error and cannot use my bluetooth headphones.

The product I’m using is your usb bluetooth connector.

which I really need because I intend to record gameplay footage. So I really need this to work.

I took the time to use your diagnostic tool. Here’s the file > (File removed per guidelines for personal privacy. We’ve received your file submission via direct email)
