"The last USB device malfunctioned and windows does not recognize it"

HI There,
I have been using the Pluggable USB 3.0 docking station for about 6 months without any problems (minor only) and today it stopped working.

I did move offices and had to unplug and replug when I got to the new location but otherwise everything else way constant with respect to the hardware.

I use my Lenovo Flex 5 and 2 external monitors by way of the docking station (DS). I use the HDMI and DVI. I also connect my ethernet cable through the DS.

So all of a suddden, none of my monitors are recognized nor are any devides plugged into the DS.

I tried different outlets, pluggin and replugging everything and rebooting.

For the benefit of anyone else following this thread, Jordan also reached out to us directly via support@plugable.com and we are in the process of sending a replacement docking station. Got my new docking station within a couple of days of posting this. It works great, no further issues. Thank you guys so much for your support!
