Hi. I purchased a UD-3900 Plugable Dual Monitor Docking Station, but it did not work right away on my laptop. My heart sank at first, but Bob has stayed with me for 20 days until he has single handedly solved all of my problems.

I had several outdated drivers on my 4 year old HP laptop, but with Bob’s concise instructions and quick responses to any of my questions we were able to make things good! Bob is very knowledgeable and his willingness to help me was just amazing. Thank you Bob, and plugable. Your customer support belongs to “the perfect world”.
