Teams freezes, loses audio, and disconnects repeatedly on the SiliconMotion UD-768PDZ docking station

Hello.

I recently purchased a UD-768PDZ base with SiliconMotion technology, but when I make video calls through Microsoft Teams, people on the call tell me that my image freezes and the audio constantly drops out. My computer is an MSI Prestige 14 Evo B13M with Windows 11 Pro operating system, and this issue doesn’t occur if I stop using the base.

At work, I make Microsoft Teams calls all the time and share my screen. Please help me with this issue.
