hi I just purchased the TBT4-UDZ, and have both a MacBook Air M2 and a MBP M1. Neither are working with the TBT4-UDZ to show the external monitors. I can use the ethernet. I have already " Allow accessories to connect" but still nothing on the monitors.

Thank you for contacting Plugable support! Sorry to hear about this issue. I’d be more than happy to assist you.

  1. Please note that the M2 and M1 (non Pro/Max) Macs are limited with the TBT4-UDZ for how monitors can be attached and supported. M1/M2 support only a single monitor (see here for more info: https://kb.plugable.com/question/1705024).

  2. Currently, how many monitors are attached, and to what ports on the back have they been plugged in to?

  3. I you remove all but one monitor, does that single monitor then work as expected?
