I have a Lenovo Legion Pro 7 16IRX9H. When I plug the just purchased TBT4-UDZ Dock into the Thunderbolt 4 port on the laptop, the dock displays will work but does not charge the laptop. If I plug the dock into the USB-C/PD on the laptop, the dock will work and the laptop charges, but it will consistently disconnect every few minutes causing me to have to unplug the cable or restart the dock. Please Help!

I am sorry to hear that you are running into issues with your TBT4-UDZ, but I would be happy to help diagnose the issues here.
From the looks of the manual, it seems that the Thunderbolt 4 port does not mention any support of host charging. The USB-C charging section on page 29 also only mentions the rear port as being capable of charging.
However, the rear port does not support Thunderbolt 4, which may be the reason you are running into display issues here. The only workaround I can suggest here would likely be that you would have to keep your laptop charged with the OEM power supply while the dock is connected to the Thunderbolt 4 port.
