Purchased my TBT4-UD5 in March 2026 and today (August 10th) - the power to the unit has completely gone out.
The dock has been working fantastic and I’ve had no other issues prior to this. There was no water damage and I have it connected to an expensive battery backup surge protector to avoid power surge issues. I tried to unplug and let it rest, but it has completely bricked. I also have tried alternative outlets. There is no light on the power button and nothing is receiving power that I have connected.
