TBT4-UD5 Dock working but not powering my laptop

I just purchased the TBT4-UD5 dock for my Asus laptop running Windows 11. The monitors work fine, the keyboard and mouse work fine and the Ethernet is working fine. However, the dock does not appear to be powering my PC. I am running off the internal battery. Do I need to change a setting somewhere or load drivers?
