I had purchased the TBT4-HUB3C to be used with a Mac Mini M1 Pro, but never used it, and recently upgraded to a Mac Studio M1 Ultra. I’m running MacOS 12.4, and I cannot get the hub to work with it. I’m using the supplied TB4 .08m cable. I’ve power cycling, & using different ports on the back of the Studio, but it’s not detected, nor are any devices connected into the hub.
Can you please help?
