TBT4-HUB3C has no screen if I unplug and plug the host laptop

I have a Thinkpad X1 fold 16 laptop, and Dell latitude 7440. If I unplug and plug my host, there is no screen display.

The laptop charges, and the USB webcam (jabra) works, but no screen untill I unplug and plug the power of TBT4-HUB3C again.

Any way of sorting this out? I can’t unplug the TBT4-HUB3C everytime.
