There are slight differences for how the two output groups (Display 1 and Display 2) are implemented internally within the dock, though I can’t say that I’ve encountered this kind of issue before where the color is inconsistent between the two outputs using two of the same monitor.

I’d like to start by having you first let me know what specific model Asus ProArt displays you have.

Next, I’d like to gather some diagnostics from the system. We have a troubleshooting tool that helps us find out what is going on in situations like this. If able, please plug the dock with both monitors attached to it into your computer, then go to this page and follow the instructions there:
