TBT3-UDZ Issues: HDMI Second monitor display is not showing up

Hi there
I have tried to install the HDMI from the second monitor, but is only showing HDMI Monitor 1 and laptop. The laptop does not detent the second, It is a new laptop / Lenovo: Lenovo ideapad intel core i5 10th gen

  1. What exact model IdeaPad do you have? Example: “IdeaPad Flex 5 (15”)"

  2. Do other dock functions like USB, etc work correctly?
