TBT3-UDZ - additional HDI monitor not detected on my Surface Pro 7

I have the dock plugged in with the cable that came with it and am using the HDMI cable that I have always used with this monitor. All connections are tight. The Dock seems to work with everything except the monitor. Shows Not detected in Windows 10 – I am using a Surface Pro 7 and the cable being used to the dock is the USB C that came with it.

Can you please send an email to our direct support email address → support@plugable.com with ‘For ticket #- 395744’ in the subject line that contains the following information?:

  1. The Amazon Order ID number for your TBT3-UDZ purchase

  2. While the TBT3-UDZ is connected to your Surface Pro 7 and the HDMI monitor is connected to the TBT3-UDZ (even if not working as expected), the output of our diagnostic utility PlugDebug → https://plugable.com/pages/plugdebug

This information will help us to determine the next steps.
