I bought this dock almost 1 year ago. Everything was fine until today that the dock suddenly stopped working. I have performed a power-cycle, as it’s suggested, but still the same. The power light on the dock is on, the monitors seem to get power, but the power adapter is cold. I think it used to be warm when I touched it in the past.
Can you please advise?
