Tbt3-nvme2tb

After a system failure. A clean install of Windows 11 Pro on an Intel NUC9i9QNX.
The USB C Ports work. But the Plugable TBT3-NVME doesn’t connect through the USB C ports.
With a USB C to A adapter the TBT3-NVME does appear in device manager when connected to one of the USB 3.1 ports. However, it appears as a “Billboard Device”.
