i have a surface rt currently running windows 8. i am looking to upgrade to 8.1 will either of the usb 2.0 10/100 or 10/100/1000 ethernet adaptors work with it?

Thanks for posting your question here! Plugable USB2-E100 would work after manually selecting the AX88772C driver on Windows RT 8.1. We have lots of users who are using this adapter with Surface RT running Windows RT 8.1.
Please note that although the drivers are actually included in the Windows RT 8.1 build, they do not match automatically. You have to manually select it. Instructions for manually selecting the drivers can be found at http://plugable.com/2014/03/04/using-…
