My Surface Pro stopped recognizing the ud 3000. I ran the cleaner from a previous post, then plugged in the docking station and the computer did not find new hardware. Any solutions?

Could you connect the Plugable UD-3000 to your Surface Pro, run the DisplayLink Support Tool (instructions here: http://plugable.com/support/tools/dis…) and send us the .zip generated on the desktop as an attachment to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your amazon order ID and a link to this thread?
Please also let us know if the blue LED on the Plugable UD-3000 lights up or not.
Once we analyze the .zip, we will figure out how to resolve this issue.
