Surface Pro with UD-3000 LAN issue.

Hi I have purchased your plugable UD-3000. USB 3.0 docking station and I am using it on the Microsoft surface pro. However I cannot get the LAN to work. I have updated the drivers. However the LAN will not work the displaylink software comes up intermittently and so does the Wifi Symbol and the LAn symbol in the sys tray. But the lan does not work. Please help. There seems to be a conflict here.

  2. It would be very helpful if you could capture and send us the DisplayLink log file, it gives us detailed information on how your system is setup and helps us narrow down the problem. Step by step instructions on how to collect this log file can be found here:
