Hey, I’ve just bought a UD-5900 Mult-display docking system primarily because it has 4k capabilities and it would look sweet on my new 4k Monitor. However my surface pro has not been able to detect the screen currently defeating the purpose of me buying the plugable. Please help me sort this out, I need that 4K life soon
For the benefit of anyone else following this thread, Michael has also contacted us directly via support@plugable.com with the output of our PlugDebug file (http://plugable.com/support/plugdebug), so we are working with him directly to resolve the issue by sending a replacement unit.
