Surface Pro 3 - cpu utilization.
If I startup Surface Pro 3 from shutdown with UD-3900 attached, cpu utilization hovers in the mid-20s.
If I startup without UD-3900 attached and then attach after booting, it hovers in the 0 to 6% range.
Anyone notice this?
