I have just purchased the “usb c triple display docking station with usb power delivery” and I cannot get the 4k hdmi cable to be detected over the host usb c
The 2 k port works, but at a limited resolution of course
I checked your site and it said everything was compatible, I have installed the displaylink drivers from your website too

Are you connecting the dock to the laptop using the USB-C to C cable that was included with the dock, or are you using a third party cable?
