USBC-7400H4 has been working fine previously, but this started about 2 weeks ago, almost every day if Dell goes into sleep, the graphic driver crashes and u get a black screen. so u r forced to hard restart to fix it.
error from event logs- offline due to a user-mode driver crash. Windows will attempt to restart the device 5 more times.
Based on your description, it sounds like your GPU driver is failing during the wake sequence. Likely caused by an outdated driver or potentially a regression with a newer driver if you had recently made changes. Other factors could be contributing to this as well, such as BIOS or firmware updates, but it’s hard to say for sure without further analysis.
If you haven’t already done a clean reinstall of your GPU drivers, I would strongly suggest taking that step.
