Stand's suction doesn't stick well?

Hello.

Plugable USB 2.0 Digital Microscope with Flexible Arm Observation
Stand’s suction doesn’t stick well on the included grid base, my
windows, etc. How come?

Hello Ant,

Thanks again for reaching out to us. I’d be glad to help you. I would suggest to wipe the suction cup down with a bit of warm water and mild soap, and let it dry completely.

Then, fix the suction cup to the circular divot on the white examination plate. I would suggest to press it down slowly, and then press the clamp down slowly as well to get a good suction. I hope this helps. Please let me know if you have any further questions.

Thanks Kevin_L. I found out my stand and suction base weren’t screwed tightly. After I tightened the connection, then it stopped falling over.
