ST333U Dock not recognized by Pogoplug Series 4

I purchased 2 ST333U USB 3.0 Docking stations in order to add additional storage to the USB 3.0 ports on my Pogoplug Series 4. There is a 2TB drive in one docking station and a 3TB drive in the other.

When they are connected to the Pogoplug, neither drive is recognized. However, when I move the usb cable to a usb 2.0 hub connected to my Mac Mini they mount without any issues.

I’ve followed the steps outlined on the Pogoplug site without success.

When they were connected to the Mac, I used the disk utility to successfully verify the disks.

Has anyone been successful connected to a Pogoplug? or experienced a similar issue?

Since the model you mentioned, the ST333U, isn’t a Plugable brand product, we can’t know what chipset and firmware are used in the device- thus we’re not able to support this item- sorry about that.
