I am unable to get my microscope to work. I have installed the software and drivers but the microscope software keeps asking to connect the device. It is plugged in and I have tried to update the driver online with no success either. I am running windows xp on this old laptop and have checked the device manager setups at least a dozen times and still IO cannot get the software to work. The camera works but without the software it is pretty useless. Please advise on how to fix the problem.
