Just bought a USB2.0 10 port hub with power adapter.
the software doesn’t seem to load. I need some help.

Thanks for posting! We’ll be able to help. There is no software needed for a hub (support is built into the operating system).
Can you say what operating system you’re using, and if you see an error of any kind, can you reply back with the exact text? From that, we’ll be able to figure out what might be going wrong.
