Sorry for the slow support reply here on the weekend.
The hub will support all 10 ports at full USB 2.0 performance (480Mbps theoretical, although individual devices max out typically at 60-70% of that in practice with any USB port, hub or not), so something else is going wrong. Can you say a little more – what devices do you have attached to the hub, and what are you seeing exactly to come to the 10 Mbps number?
