I need the USB 10/100 adapter but Amazon doesn’t have anymore. Is it okay to use the 10/100/1000 adapter instead?

Thanks for posting your question here! A shipment with thousand of units of the Plugable USB2-E100 has just reached Amazon warehouse.
It would take a day or two for Amazon to process these units into their systems. Hence the amazon listing at http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00484IEJS shows that inventory will be available as on March 07 2013. Amazon would allow you to place an order while they finish their processing.
