If a cousin of mine (located in the u.s.) orders a product of you’re company, can she ship to canada?

Thanks for posting your question here! Yes, your cousin can ship the unit to you in Canada.
Please note that Canada does impose import duties on products shipped from the US and this usually is collected from the customer by Canadian post or the shipping carrier. The shipping carrier would be able to give you more information regarding the taxes and duties imposed on an international shipment to Canada.
