After the latest update of Chromebook software, The laptop quit sending an image to the second monitor. The dock does not need Plugable software to run. I have also tried it on a laptop running Chrome flex. After Chrome updated to the latest software it now has the same problem.
The keyboard and mouse are connected through the dock and still work.
