Second Monitor not detected

Alright so i’ve been searching for help for couple of hours and couldn’t fix this problem tbh so i’m asking yall for any tips, (we can go on discord if we have to).

So i just bought this new Setup ( https://www.tunisianet.com.tn/pc-de-bureau-gamer/87969-setup-gamer-special-pc-de-bureau-gaming-ryzen-7-5800x-rtx-5070-12g-32-go-avec-ecran-gaming-msi-mag-244f-24-full-hd-ips-200-hz.html ) and added a second MSI display (MSI PRO MP275 E2 27") but my pc is not detecting it.

The main display is connected with a HDMI cable to the graphic card but the second one is connected with a display and it’s showing nothing i even tried using a VGA cable but still nothing.

I used both displays on another pc and they are working fine so the problem is from my PC any one got a solution please ?
