SECOND HDMI SCREEN NOT WORKING - Dell XPS 9350

Hi

Just bought the dock for a windows 10 dell xps 9350. Only the 4K HDMI output is working. The 2K HDMI doesnt work (even when switching screens, cables, …)

I tried to uninstall display link, use the cleaner, reinstall, replug, but still not working.

Can you help ?
