I have a new computer with a solid state drive and a 2TB hard drive. The software only recognizes the solid state drive (C:) and doesn’t allow an option to use the 2TB hard drive alerting me that isn’t enough room on C. Is there a way to transfer data to the D drive

Thanks for your question! Our Easy Transfer Cable’s “Sync Files” function defaults to the C Drives of both computers to transfer and sync files.
To transfer files from other drives, you’ll need to use the “Drag and Drop Files” option available in the Bravura Easy Computer Sync software that comes with the cable.
The Drag and Drop transfer method requires that you choose files manually to transfer them rather than have them sync up files on their own by using the Sync Files feature of the software.
