Screen Resolution Question (Docking Station USB-3 4K)

I may have purchased the wrong docking station. Here’s my setup…

  1. Plugable USB-C 4K
  2. LG Gram 23UI8CA
  3. LG 34UM61-P (2)
    4 LG 27MP58VQ-P (1)

Problem: The 2 34" LG monitors require 2560 x 1080 resolution. My highest option is currently 1920 x 1080. I tried unplugging the 27" LG buy that didn’t change anything. Can I somehow achieve the 2560 x 1080 with this or any other docking station that you offer?

No response from anyone here but I have concluded the cables that I purchased are not capable of carrying the high resolution. New cables on the way.

Cables not the answer. Awaiting email fron support on what to ty next.

Tech support for Plugable has helped me figure out that my 4k rated dock still requires adapters that they promise to forward my way. The one HDMI on the dock does correctly transfer the higher resolution but for some reason the Display Port does not.
