Screen resolution keeps cycling and does not detect display

I am trying to have my laptop (Dell Latitude E6430) display on my HP all in one. My laptop is running Windows 7 professional and my desktop is running windows 7.

I have updated all drivers, but my laptop just cycles through the various resolutions over and over and over. I am not able to display my laptop on my desktop.

All cables are plugged in and have rebooted several times.

Help!

Could you please provide the logs produced by our tool Plugdebug, you can find it here and then send them to me at support@plugable.com.

Once we have those logs, we’ll start trying to figure out what exactly is going on with your setup.
